*hikawa shrine lol for the sailormoon exhibit, will be uploading it for my next vid so here we are in midtown, roppongi
trip search, i used to work here. it's an 8mins walk to the shrine the hikawa shrine we're going today is the akasaka hikawa shrine there are many hikawa shrine in japan.
and one of them is the famous azabu juban, hikawa shrine. which was the shrine used in salormoon. remember where reichan(sailormars) lives? yes, that's the place :) so, here we are :) akasaka hikawa shrine is known for its lucky charm. it's shaped like a kettle. it boils the happiness. which makes no sense in english. but it's a way to say that it brings more happiness in japanese :)
awesome right? so that's the place where you wash your hands and mouth before entering the shrine. and here's a thing to remember. when you're walking through the temple, do not walk on the middle. the path in the middle is for the gods to walk. so usually we walk on the right side :) there's a park in this shrine :) filled with green<3
